KLM Delft Houses Game - Terms and Conditions
- The game is open to all Singapore residents above the age of 18 years old, with the exception of staff from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Gardens by the Bay as well as their immediate family members. “Immediate family members” refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings. “Singapore residents” refer to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.
- Only one entry is allowed per person.
- The game will end on 26 May 2024.
- 1 (one) winner will be randomly selected for the prize of 2 (two) Economy round-trip flight tickets from Singapore to Amsterdam operated by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
- The prize tickets are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The prize is awarded to the winner and cannot be transferred. Tickets must only be used by the winner and a person of their choice. The winner and their companion must travel together, on the same dates, on the same flights and on the same booking reference.
- The flight reservation and ticketing must be finalized and claimed by 30 September 2024 for travel by 31 December 2024. Your reservation is subject to seat availability. KLM reserves the right to vary your dates of travel should any circumstances arise.
- Any extension of deadline or travel validity or change of itinerary is not allowed and prize not claimed after expiry date will be forfeited. Change of travel dates or name change is not permitted once the tickets are issued.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for others. All airport taxes and surcharges are included in this prize.
- The tickets are not eligible for an upgrade to the next cabin or for Flying Blue Mileage accrual. Paid options such as preferred seats, extra baggage allowance, à la carte meals etc. can be purchased on the KLM website.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the end of the game. The winner must respond to the email within 7 (seven) calendar days to claim their prize, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
- KLM Royal Dutch Airlines reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
